We are currently working with a client who is based in Washington DC. At the current time this position is working remotely.
Work hours Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
This is a long term contract position.
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative with a strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid programs to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues related to Medicare and Medicaid services.
