Job Description

Provides accurate language translation for individuals who may have limited English proficiency helping them to communicate effectively. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Convey the targeted message using active listening skills, rendering the information with no add-ons or omissions, in a clear and accurate fashion, taking into consideration a wide range of customers, voices, accents, speaking tempos, personalities, and industries
  • To inform parties of relevant factors that may hinder the interpretation such as but not limited to weather, connectivity, or background noise
  • Document interactions in detail 
  • Resolve and notify escalations 
  • Provide the utmost care when managing customer request while complying with company service standards and code of ethics
  • Reflects a positive approach through actions and words
  • Communicate professionally with clients and all staff members following company policies

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • English – Spanish
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must consent to a background check
  • Proficient accent-neutral, near-native English
  • High school diploma or greater
