Job Description
Senior Real Estate Paralegal sought for AM 100 firm.
Must have at least seven years of recent real estate paralegal experience; experience reviewing titles and surveys, as well as preparing title reports and closing binders; experience performing UCC searches and document review, in addition to corporate searches and organizing due diligence documents; expert proficiency in supporting legal business transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, securities, financing or tax activities.

- Expert proficiency in supporting legal business transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, securities, financing or tax activities;
- Advanced to Expert proficiency in MS Outlook and web-based conference call/web-sharing applications;
- Advanced to Expert proficiency in MS Word and document editing/comparison applications;
- Advanced to Expert proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheet/database applications;
- Advanced to Expert proficiency in MS PowerPoint and presentation applications;
- Expert proficiency in online research and internet search resources (Lexis Nexis/Westlaw);
- Expert knowledge of Firm and Real Estate practice-area-specific procedures and terminology;
- Expert knowledge of relevant jurisdictional/court/agency processes and procedures;
- Expert knowledge of timekeeping and expense reporting applications; and
- Expert knowledge of legal billing processes.
