Position Overview
NRI Staffing’s client is seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property in McLean, VA. This role involves tenant relations, leasing support, maintenance coordination, and ensuring smooth property operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for residents and prospective tenants
• Communicate with tenants regarding questions, concerns, and requests
• Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities including applications, move-ins, and move-outs
• Coordinate and track maintenance requests with vendors and maintenance staff
• Maintain accurate tenant records, lease documentation, and property files
• Assist with rent collection and monitor tenant accounts as needed
• Enforce lease terms and property policies
• Perform regular walkthroughs of the property and report any issues or needed repairs
• Work closely with ownership and vendors to maintain property standards
• Handle general administrative duties related to property management
Qualifications
• Previous residential property management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office or property management software
