We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Therapist to join a growing, supportive team providing 100% remote clinical services via telehealth. This flexible, part-time role is ideal for licensed clinicians looking to maintain work-life balance while delivering meaningful, client-centered care.
$50–$60 per hour, based on experience
Minimum of 10/15 hours per week
Fully remote – telehealth only
Flexible scheduling – set your own hours
Clients provided – no need to build your own caseload
Ability to choose your preferred population
Supportive and collaborative work environment
Bilingual Spanish is a plus (not required)
Active Maryland license (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LGMFT, or LCMFT)
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Strong clinical skills and commitment to ethical, client-focused care
Reliable internet access and comfort with telehealth platforms
Excellent communication, time-management, and documentation skills
