What We’re Looking For:
Experience working at a front desk in a professional office setting
A team player with strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and a solid work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presence and demeanor
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and direct visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression
Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, staff, vendors, and clients
Maintain organized records and quickly access important information when needed
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day
Respond to inquiries with patience, active listening, and professionalism
Foster a welcoming environment through strong interpersonal skills
Monitor visitor access and follow established security protocols
Support front desk operations, including data entry and assisting with department projects
Manage conference room schedules, meeting setup/cleanup, and ensure supplies are stocked
Receive and track package deliveries
