Job Description

The position will provide first-class property management services and assist the Property Manager with day to day responsibilities including Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, office administration, customer service and enhancing tenant relations. Temp to hire role. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coding invoices, verifying backup, forwarding to Property Manager for approval, and entering into the system
  • Sending late and default letters, preparing lockout paperwork, referring to collections as needed
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly reports for owners
  • Answering calls, greeting guests, managing messages, receiving deliveries, and handling documentation (e.g., lease termination forms)
  • Writing, distributing, and maintaining work orders for various departments (engineers, janitorial, security)
  • Managing move-in/out schedules and verifying insurance
  • Timely processing and follow-up on payments and invoices
  • General administrative duties and scheduling
  • Enhancing relationships with tenants and vendors, answering phone calls, and handling office requests
  • Residential property experience is considered

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
  • Basic accounting and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Typing skills: 30+ words per minute, 10-Key by touch
  • Strong verbal and written communication
