Position Overview

NRI Staffing’s client is seeking a professional and reliable On-Call Concierge to support a high-end residential/community environment in McLean, VA. This role is not full-time and is ideal for someone looking for flexible, as-needed work. The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and well-managed front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and visitor check-ins
• Coordinate package handling, deliveries, and resident requests
• Monitor building access and maintain visitor logs
• Assist with coordinating service requests and communicating with property staff
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Respond to issues or requests promptly and escalate when necessary

Qualifications

• Prior concierge, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and presentation
• Ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or property management systems
• Reliable and flexible availability for on-call scheduling

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in McLean, VA
• Availability to cover shifts on short notice, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to remain professional in a high-touch, customer-facing environment
