Job Requirements

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support communication and collaboration across PQA teams and with external stakeholders for multiple QuIRC pipeline and active projects (e.g., coordinating and scheduling meetings with both internal and external groups).
  • Utilize PQA business management resources to track project timelines and facilitate effective and appropriate internal communications.
  • Conduct background research in preparation for internal and external meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Ensure detailed documentation of QuIRC pipeline and active project progress, challenges, decisions, and milestone completion.
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities of individuals and organizations directly or indirectly supporting QuIRC projects.
  • Support cross-project resource management.
  • Support after-action efforts to continually improve current and future processes.
  • Recognize and communicate project interdependencies.
  • Support identification and pursuit of new funding opportunities that align with the organization’s mission and priorities.
  • Support proposal development and submission and coordinate execution across the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

  • Associate’s degree
  • 3+ years of professional work experience
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Project management experience including managing timelines, resources, budgets, and partner engagement
  • Highly organized, efficient and detail oriented with the ability to maintain high standards for quality of work
  • Ability to coordinate and support several projects simultaneously and efficiently
  • Excellent verbal, organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Administrative, project coordination, and management experience in healthcare
  • Research experience, writing skills, and an interest in healthcare
  • Database management skills (creation, maintenance, reporting)
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) or Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification
