Job Description

Well established Commercial Construction firm is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their staff. This is a fully ON- SITE position and will support three ( 3) Project Managers and their respective teams; so working on several projects concurrently is a must.

Principal areas of responsibilities will include:

  •  Collaboration with Project Managers
  • Maintenance of all electronic and hard copy files
  • Preparation on contracts, subcontracts and vendor agreements
  • Obtains permits, bonds and COIs

This staff member will also be the liaison between the PM, clients, architects and subcontractors. This will also involve change orders, project documentation and various information requests which will also require meeting preparations, daily field reports and LEED compliance.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidate will possess strong Administrative support experience ( 3-5 years), Construction preferred

  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Detail oriented and Deadline driven 
  • Degree preferred but not necessary
