They are the trend setters in real estate. They have built and continue to build class A buildings in the Washington, D.C. region and North Carolina area. Their portfolio consists of office buildings to entertainment venues, to mixed-use space. The firm is seeking an A player to join their team! The ideal person in this role will possess strong organizational and leadership skills. -Financial statement reporting
-All accounting aspects of a construction project
-Construction loan draws
-Construction contract review
-Reviewing HUD-1 statements
-Job cost accounting
-Invoice review and processing
-Exceptional organizational skills
-Budget variance analysis
-Monthly journal entries

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA license preferred
-2-3 years’ experience in public accounting required
