A well-established concierge primary care practice in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative clinical team. Schedule & Location Highlights:
Monday through Friday, daytime hours only
No evenings, weekends, or on-call duties
Convenient DC location near Foggy Bottom and Farragut Metro stations

Primary Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Manage both routine and complex primary care visits
Deliver preventive services, chronic disease management, and follow-up care
Maintain exceptional standards of patient care and satisfaction
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support continuity of care
Practice Environment:
No productivity or volume-based quotas

Qualifications:
Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Washington, DC (or eligible for licensure)
At least one year of clinical experience preferred

Excellent communication skills and professional bedside manner
