The successful candidate will be a self-starter and quick learner, with solid research skill.
Duties include: assisting attorneys with: corporate matters, including business formation, state corporate filings, corporate statute research, management of resident agent service providers, UCC and land record searches, transaction due diligence, maintenance of minute books, and drafting officers’ certificates and resolutions, and litigation matters, including case management, electronic discovery, CM/ECF and other electronic filing platforms, and federal- and state-level litigation, including motions practice, discovery, depositions, and trial.
- Must have three years plus corporate and litigation experience
- Must have a degree; paralegal certificate preferred
- Must be a self-starter, quick learner
- Must have solid research skills
