Call Center Representative – Auto Parts Payments
This role handles payment transactions for automobile parts distributed to dealerships nationwide. Candidates must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment. Free onsite parking provided.
Responsibilities:
Manage approximately 30 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism
Provide accurate service and payment information
Process and verify payments following compliance protocols
Support auto-parts payment transactions for dealerships
Schedule and update client appointments
Maintain accurate data, call logs, and transaction records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service
Meet performance goals for quality, accuracy, and productivity
