Pay: $30.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Assignment: Full-Time | Long-Term Temporary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a professionally managed, owner-occupied residential community in Northwest Washington, DC. This is a long-term temporary opportunity that will continue until a permanent Property Manager is hired.

Property Information

  • 83-unit residential community
  • Historic building originally constructed in the 1930s
  • Professionally managed by a respected regional property management company
  • Conveniently located near McPherson Square and Dupont Circle Metro stations
  • Parking availability is currently being confirmed

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and owners
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communication
  • Maintain resident files, property records, and documentation
  • Assist with leasing activities and resident relations as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and property standards

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous residential property management experience required
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus
