On-Call Concierge
Pay: $20+/hour
Location: Washington DC
Schedule: On-Call | Weekdays, Weekends & Nights
Our client is seeking reliable and professional On-Call Concierges to join our staffing roster for opportunities throughout the DMV area.
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, on-call work. Assignments may become available on short notice, so we are looking for candidates who have flexible availability and can be dependable when called upon.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional manner
Provide general front desk and concierge support
Answer questions and provide directions or basic information
Maintain a neat, professional, and welcoming front desk environment
Provide excellent customer service throughout each assignment
What We’re Looking For:
Availability for weekdays, weekends, and/or nights
Ability to accept assignments on short notice
Reliable and punctual
Neat and professional appearance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working at various locations throughout the DMV area
How Our On-Call Roster Works:
Qualified applicants will be invited to a Virtual Meet & Greet with our recruiting team. We will then complete reference checks and onboarding. Once onboarding is complete, candidates will be added to our on-call concierge roster and contacted as opportunities become available.
