We are currently working with a Boutique Medical Practice  located Washington, D.C. Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP)

The client is open to speaking to candidates who have just become a Nurse practitioner.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our exceptional team of healthcare professionals. As an NP you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care while working closely with our physicians, specialists, and support staff. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a practice that values innovation, holistic care, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose health conditions, and develop treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory work, and imaging studies as needed.
  • Administer treatments, medications, vaccinations, and other medical interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Provide patient education, counseling, and support for managing chronic conditions and promoting overall wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
  • Participate in practice development initiatives, quality improvement projects, and continuing education activities.

Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the District of Columbia.
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Board certification as an NP
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to make informed decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and staff.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other medical software.
  • Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards and providing patient-centered care.
  • Prior experience in a boutique medical practice or similar setting is a plus.
