We are seeking dedicated and experienced candidates for a call center in a health care setting. These are temp to hire roles with opportunities for long-term employment. Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in a medical call center environment, possess strong typing skills (40 WPM), and be familiar with medical terminology.
Candidates must be able to type at least 40 words per minute and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical call center environment. Those invited to interview will be required to pass both a typing test and a written test, which will assess their knowledge of medical terminology typically acquired with the required experience. This is an in-office position for the first 6 months, with the option to work remotely 2 days per week once training is completed.
