We’re seeking Maryland-licensed mental health professionals to provide virtual behavioral health services in a supportive, clinician-focused environment.

This is a 100% remote, part-time 1099 opportunity offering approximately 10–15 hours per week, with flexible daytime, evening, and weekend availability. You’ll have the freedom to build a schedule around your life while continuing to do meaningful clinical work.

What You’ll Do

• Provide virtual individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to support quality care and positive client outcomes.
• Deliver compassionate, professional behavioral health services through a telehealth setting.

Credentials We’re Seeking

We welcome qualified Maryland clinicians holding any of the following credentials:

• LGMFT – Licensed Graduate Marriage and Family Therapist
• LGPC – Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor
• LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• LMSW – Licensed Master Social Worker
• LGSW – Licensed Graduate Social Worker
• LCISW – Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker
• LICSW – Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Additional Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland licensure in one of the credentials listed above.
• Previous outpatient, behavioral health, or telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical documentation, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide effective care in a virtual environment.
