Key Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will Manage marketing needs for various departments, including B2B collateral materials, leasing brochures, presentations
• The ideal candidate will create and deploy B2B email blasts, track results and provide reports
• The ideal candidate will Coordinate trade show logistics and materials, client appreciation and broker events
• The ideal candidate will Aggregate, prepare and post content for company announcements, company meetings and the intranet
• The ideal candidate will Monitor and update corporate website and property listings to ensure they are optimized for search, have engaging and relevant content and deliver a quality user experience
• The ideal candidate will Source and create digital marketing content reflective of various departments to strengthen brand awareness and engagement across all social media channels – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• The ideal candidate will Monitor, track and report on key performance metrics for digital and social marketing efforts

• Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels and collateral materials, driving effective and cohesive marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Manage vendors where marketing deliverables are outsourced and coordinate with internal teams to manage workflow and ensure project timelines are met
• Support with special projects as needed

Key Requirements 

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications3-5 years; B2B commercial real estate marketing in MD/DC/NoVA is preferred.
• Experience developing marketing materials to support sales/marketing/business development
• Fluent in utilizing digital and social media platforms with expertise in creating engaging content and reporting
• Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Team oriented; works well in a cross-functional way to achieve a common goal
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), WordPress, CMS and email marketing platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign a plus.
• Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support.
