Job Description

The client is seeking a qualified therapist who can manage 15 clients, which equates to 15 hours per week. While the client prefers candidates who can commit to this number of hours, they are open to considering those who are available for fewer hours if they meet the qualifications. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred. This is a permanent, direct-hire position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services to clients of all ages in office-based, home-based, community, or telehealth settings.
  • Meet with clients weekly or as needed, based on their individual requirements.
  • Deliver individual, family, couples, and group therapy to enhance clients' functioning at home and in the community.
  • Develop and implement Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) and other required assessments, in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Document all services provided, ensuring compliance with program policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and required meetings/training.
  • Coordinate with other professionals and agencies involved in the client’s care.
  • Complete diagnostic assessments and submit documentation in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Maryland License (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LGMFT, LCMFT)
  • Experience in outpatient settings is preferred
  • Availability for evening and/or Saturday shifts is a plus
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Active email account and Internet access
  • Computer literacy
