Job Title: Workers’ Compensation Attorney
Location: Shady Grove, MD (Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

A respected and well-established law firm in the Shady Grove area is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Maryland workers’ compensation law. This role is ideal for an attorney looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative legal environment. The position offers a hybrid work model—four days in-office and one day remote—promoting both professional development and work-life balance.
Primary Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all phases of Maryland workers’ compensation matters, including hearings, negotiations, and settlements
Conduct depositions, draft pleadings, and attend hearings before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission
Develop case strategies and provide clear, consistent client communication
Draft and review legal documents including motions and settlement agreements

Key Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience handling Maryland workers’ compensation cases (required)
Admission to practice law in Maryland
Residency in the DMV area
