This position provides high-level secretarial and administrative support to a team of attorneys within a collaborative legal environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to a team of 2–3 Legal Administrative Assistants (LAAs)
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and book travel arrangements
Draft, proofread, and revise correspondence and legal documents
Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems
Enter and submit attorney time entries and assist with billing processes
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Assist with onboarding, document preparation, and meeting logistics
Maintain and update lawyer preference documentation
Participate in the firm’s Legal Administrative Assistants Certification Program
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Must check in daily with LAA Administration and Floor Coordinator
Coordinate time off with team members and obtain approval in Workday
All overtime requires pre-approval
Timely submission of time sheets and consistent attendance is required
Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Prior secretarial/administrative experience essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
Discretion in handling confidential information
Capable of working independently and within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with iManage Work 10, Intapp Time, Intapp OPEN, and Chrome River is a plus
