Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) for a one-day wellness clinic project in April. This clinic requires a highly skilled nurse with strong IV therapy experience. The ideal candidate is an infusion nurse who administers IVs multiple times daily and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume wellness setting. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Administer IV fluids, medications, and vitamin infusions
  • Perform multiple IV insertions throughout the day with confidence and efficiency
  • Monitor clients during and after infusion treatments
  • Ensure patient safety and adhere to all clinical protocols and standards of care
  • Maintain accurate documentation as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a professional corporate wellness environment
  • Collaborate with fellow nurses to ensure smooth clinic flow

 

 

 

Shift: 7:30a-4:30p 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

 

  • Active and unrestricted DC Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong IV placement skills with daily infusion experience 
  • Proven experience administering IV fluids, medications, and vitamin therapies
  • Ability to perform multiple IV insertions per shift
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent bedside manner and customer service skills
  • Professional, punctual, and reliable
  • Infusion nurse currently practicing in settings where IVs are performed multiple times per day
  • Confident in venipuncture and troubleshooting difficult sticks
  • Efficient, organized, and adaptable
  • Professional presentation appropriate for a corporate setting
