Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, customer-service-oriented Bilingual Spanish Concierge to support daily operations in a residential building. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of performing physical tasks, and able to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth building operations and delivering excellent service to residents, contractors, and guests.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Grant access to contractors for building areas (e.g., boiler room)
  • Receive and deliver packages per resident instructions
  • Accompany contractors into units for scheduled maintenance (A/C, pest control, etc.)
  • Install and remove protective elevator pads for move-ins/outs and deliveries
  • Facilitate move-ins/outs and post relevant building notices
  • Post building-wide maintenance alerts (e.g., water shut-offs) in designated areas
  • Enforce and communicate building construction hours to contractors
  • Order minor supplies as needed
  • Perform general front desk and administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) – Required
  • Ability to lift and carry very heavy objects – Required
  • Previous concierge, front desk, or customer service experience – Preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with basic maintenance or building operations – a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
