Job Description

We are seeking compassionate, culturally responsive, and clinically skilled therapists to join our growing behavioral health practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout Maryland. Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and intake evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to client needs.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
  • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary.
  • Maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries and uphold ethical standards of practice.
  • Facilitate referrals to community resources and coordinate care with external providers when appropriate.
  • Maintain timely progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, discharge summaries, and other required records.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, payer requirements, and agency policies.
  • Participate in audits, quality assurance activities, and documentation reviews as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, medical providers, case managers, and other professionals involved in client care.
  • Participate in case consultations and clinical supervision as required.
  • Communicate effectively with administrative and clinical team members regarding scheduling, client needs, and treatment concerns.
  • Maintain active licensure and continuing education requirements.
  • Stay current on evidence-based practices, clinical trends, and ethical standards.
  • Demonstrate commitment to cultural humility, diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Active Maryland LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT license in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload and maintain clinical documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliable internet connection and private workspace for virtual sessions (if providing telehealth services).
  • Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and trauma-informed care.
  • One (1) or more years of experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and/or groups.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • Experience providing services in community-based, outpatient, school-based, or telehealth settings.
  • Training or experience in evidence-based practices such as:
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Family Systems Therapy
  • Play Therapy

  • Spanish-speaking bilingual therapists
  • Male therapists
  • Clinicians with experience serving underserved and culturally diverse populations
  • Therapists available for afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments
  • Candidates comfortable providing both in-person and virtual services
