Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition and behavior
  • Support patients with daily care and comfort needs
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary staff
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
  • Build positive, professional relationships with patients and staff

Schedule Options

Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Shifts:

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Part-time employees must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Completion of a state-approved LPN program
  • Active DC LPN License
  • 1–2 years of recent nursing experience preferred

Credentialing Requirements

  • Current CPR Certification
  • Active nursing license (copy required)
  • Diploma or certificate
  • Hepatitis B vaccination
  • Flu vaccine (within last 12 months)
  • MMR immunization
  • Current TB screening (PPD or chest X-ray)
  • Tdap (within last 10 years)
  • Varicella vaccination
