HR Training Specialist

The Training Specialist will partner with the Director of HR and department leaders to develop, implement and evaluate firm-wide training. They will also be responsible for successful implementation for the program and training solutions, coordinate assessments and development tools, conduct web based and instructor led training sessions, provide technical expertise to stakeholders and staff and create and track development performance metrics and results.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required and 2-4 years minimum in a Training Development role preferably in a professional services setting.
