Job Description

Looking for full and part-time - if part-time - 10a to 2p; can be flexible 

Supporting an Engineering Firm with 125 staff

There is an HR Generalist on Staff 

This is covering for Human Resources Director while she's away on sabbatical. This position Start mid-November/cross train with the HRD for a few weeks.  

Flex on payrate 

No more than 40 hours per week 

Need experience with coaching manager

coaching through performance issues 

lead terminations 

Job Requirements

 

 

  • Experience
    • 3-5 Years experience in HR 

  • Knowledge & Skills:

    • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Personal Traits:

    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Professionalism
    • Team-oriented but also capable of working independently.
