Job Description

Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the Legal Services Division. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of litigation paralegal experience, strong technical proficiency particularly with Relativity and excellent skills in cite checking, bluebooking, drafting, and trial preparation. This is a fully onsite role requiring meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Perform litigation support tasks including document review, organization, and management using Relativity.
  • Conduct cite checking and bluebooking to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal citation standards.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including assembling binders, exhibits, witness lists, timelines, and case summaries.
  • Support attorneys in managing litigation calendars, deadlines, filings, and docketing.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents including motions, briefs, correspondence, and discovery materials.
  • Organize and maintain case files (electronic and paper), ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist with discovery requests, deposition preparation, and evidence tracking.
  • Coordinate communication with internal personnel and external parties as needed.

 

 

Shift: Monday - Friday in office (no overtime)

Job Requirements

Qualifications

 

  • 2–3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm, government agency, or legal department.
  • Proficiency with Relativity or similar e-discovery/document review platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of cite checking, bluebooking, and legal formatting.
  • Experience supporting trial preparation and pre-trial procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
