Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Document Processors to support a federal government project in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills who enjoy working with documents, data, and administrative processes while contributing to important government operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Process, organize, and maintain documents in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
  • Translate documents from Spanish or other languages into English, ensuring accuracy and clarity when applicable.
  • Enter and update information in electronic systems while maintaining a high level of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Track and manage document workflows to support timely processing.
  • Safeguard sensitive information and adhere to all confidentiality, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Meet productivity and quality benchmarks in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background clearance.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in document processing, administrative support, records management, data entry, translation, or related fields is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English or proficiency in another language.
  • Experience working with government, legal, immigration, or administrative documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
