NRI Legal Resources is seeking a skilled Family Law Associate Attorney on behalf of a respected law firm located in Baltimore, Maryland. This full-time, in-office position offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with strong potential for professional growth.
As a Family Law Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload involving matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, property division, and domestic violence. The role demands a proactive attorney with strong litigation skills and a client-centered approach.
Independently manage family law cases from inception to resolution
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Represent clients in court hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations
Develop legal strategies in collaboration with clients and legal team
Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients throughout the process
Work closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality legal representation
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Maryland (required)
2–5 years of experience in family law
Strong courtroom and litigation skills
Excellent legal writing, communication, and negotiation abilities
Client-focused with a commitment to professional excellence
$100,000 – $130,000 annually
Compensation will be based on the candidate’s level of experience and credentials.
