Job Description

Our client is a global consulting firm seeking an Executive Assistant to perform a wide variety of administrative duties. The Executive Assistant is responsible for administrative tasks for several executives including Vice Chairman, Senior Counselors, Vice Presidents, and Associate Vice Presidents. If this sounds like you, we are looking for someone with executive administrative experience supporting multiple executives.

Job Requirements

Candidate must be able to:

  • Perform a variety of executive administrative duties in support of assigned principles
  • Prepare domestic and international travel itineraries and expense reports
  • Prepare, format, and proofread a wide variety of letters from rough draft
  • Maintain a complex calendar of activities, meetings, and various events and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Coordinate conference room reservations for both internal and external meetings
  • Screen phone calls for principals, as well as respond to general inquiries
  • Provides back up assistance to other EAs during busy periods, absences and vacations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Bachelors degree
  • 8 10 years of increasingly responsible executive administrative experience supporting multiple executives on a daily basis
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint and Excel a plus
  • Internet research, letter writing, English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Perform basic and complex executive administrative work involving the use
    of independent judgment and personal initiative
  • Understand the organization and operation of the firm and its clients
  • Independently prepare correspondence
  • Work independently in the absence of supervision
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with other staff members, clients, and outside vendors
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrate flexibility, trustworthiness, confidentiality and maintain a positive approach to job responsibilities.
  • Must be highly organized and possess exceptional attention to details
