Location: Hunt Valley, MD
Schedule: 100% in-office | Standard hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Manage all aspects of probate matters from opening through closing
Prepare and file state tax returns, estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns
Draft, review, and organize estate planning and estate administration documents
Coordinate with clients, accountants, and financial institutions
Maintain accurate and well-organized estate and probate records
Utilize estate and tax administration software for filings and reporting
Collaborate closely with attorneys, administrative staff, and junior support personnel
Ensure a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail
5+ years of Estates & Trusts paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of probate and estate administration processes
Experience preparing estate, gift, and fiduciary tax returns
Proficiency in Excel and estate/tax-related software
Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit, team-oriented environment
