Schedule: 100% in-office | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Estates & Trusts Paralegal to join a collaborative practice devoted exclusively to estate planning and estate administration. This position supports two attorneys and works closely with a small administrative team, serving a key role in managing estate, probate, and tax-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of probate matters from initial filing through final closing
Prepare and file state tax returns, estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns
Draft, review, and organize estate planning and estate administration documents
Communicate and coordinate with clients, accountants, and financial institutions
Maintain accurate, well-organized estate and probate files
Utilize estate and tax administration software for filings and reporting
Collaborate closely with attorneys, administrative staff, and junior support team members
Uphold strict confidentiality while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estates & Trusts Paralegal
Strong working knowledge of probate and estate administration processes
Demonstrated experience preparing estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns
Proficiency in Excel and estate/tax-related software
Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit, team-oriented environment
