Director of Performance Improvement
We are a nonprofit organization combining the resources of care coordination to offer a comprehensive approach to caring and serving and empowering people with disabilities. We are in search of a RN Director of Performance Improvement. In this role you will develop, maintain and evaluate all aspect of the organization to enhance performance/quality improvement. This position develops and implement strategies to ensure the delivery of quality health care and services. Person in this role works collaboratively with the Management Team Inclusive of the Clinical Educator/Reviewer to assist the organization in achieving the desired outcomes minimizing and/or mitigating risk.
2-3 years of experience in developing, implementing and evaluating clinical QI/PI initiatives.
3-5 years of professional clinical experience.
Must have working knowledge of Community based practice, Home Care.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
Ability to work effectively with providers and multidisciplinary teams across departmental lines.
Excellent written an verbal communication skills.
Must have excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Current DC and Maryland RN license
CPHQ must be obtained within 12 months of employment
Master's Degree required MS, MSN, MPA or MPH
