We are looking for a proven leader who thrives in building and developing a strong, cohesive team. The Executive Director will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-quality care environment. This position requires an individual who takes a hands-on approach and can handle the full scope of managing a boutique-sized senior living facility.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team of professionals.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team leaders committed to exceptional care.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards in resident care.
Implement innovative practices to improve care and operational efficiencies.
Manage labor costs and monitor financial performance in alignment with monthly goals.
Promote a positive, team-oriented culture to drive success across the facility.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Director in a nursing home or senior living facility.
Active RN license in Washington, D.C.
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a skilled nursing setting.
