We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR Payment Processors) to support a high-volume payment processing operation in Fairfax, VA. This role involves assisting customers and processing payments related to automobile parts distributed to dealerships nationwide. Candidates must bring professionalism, accuracy, and strong customer service skills.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally (approximately 30 calls per day)
• Provide accurate information regarding services, payment procedures, and customer inquiries
• Process and verify payments while maintaining strict compliance with financial handling standards
• Support payment transactions for automobile parts distributed to dealerships
• Schedule, update, and confirm client appointments
• Maintain organized client data, call logs, and transaction records
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, accuracy, and productivity
• Full-time, 5 days per week in office.
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Must be available for full-time onsite work after virtual trainning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and perform accurate data entry
• Customer-service oriented with a professional, solution-focused approach
• High attention to detail, accuracy in payment processing, and adherence to compliance rules
• Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven call center environment
