Job Description

The CSR is responsible for accurately collecting and entering patient personal information into the company’s computer system. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

 

  • Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
  • Accurately collect, enter, and upload patient personal information
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality control
  • Maintain daily productivity standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Take ownership of assigned work and demonstrate accountability for accuracy and deadlines
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members

 

 

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30a-5p

Job Requirements

Qualifications

 

  • Must be a current resident of Washington, DC
  • Excellent typing skills with strong speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable working in a steady, productivity-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and professional work ethic
