Our client, a large non-profit in the DC metro area, is looking for an experienced HR professional to oversee the development and implementation of the benefits and compensation program. They will oversee all aspects of the program and collaborate with the Executive team in managing any changes or updates. They will work closely with vendors and external partners and manage open enrollment for all employees. The Manager will communicate all benefit/retirement information to staff and Executive Team.
- 5 years minimum of Management Total Rewards experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- EEOC and Regulatory knowledge experience
- Advanced MS Office skills and HRIS experience
