Job Description

We're partnering with growing specialty clinics across Catonsville, Dundalk, and Pikesville, MD to find experienced Medical Assistants ready to bring their skills to a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. These clinics specialize in pain management, interventional therapies, and regenerative medicine — offering MAs the chance to work hands-on with advanced diagnostic tools and cutting-edge treatments rather than routine primary-care tasks. Whether your background is in diagnostics and interventional procedures or phlebotomy and regenerative therapies, we have a role suited to your experience.

 

Medical Assistant – Pain Management (Catonsville, Dundalk & Pikesville, MD)

  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Setting: Pain management / interventional therapies

Responsibilities:

  • Assist providers with diagnostics and patient preparation ahead of procedures
  • Support and assist with advanced treatments including TM Flow testing and Shockwave therapy
  • Room patients, obtain and record vitals, and complete accurate clinical documentation
  • Prepare exam/procedure rooms and maintain clinical supplies
  • Provide general day-to-day clinical support to providers and staff

 

Role 2: Medical Assistant – (Catonsville, MD) 

  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Setting: Osteoarthritis / regenerative medicine (knee-focused)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform blood draws in preparation for regenerative treatments (PRP-related experience a plus)
  • Prepare and room patients, ensuring readiness for provider-led procedures
  • Assist the provider directly during in-office procedures and injections
  • Handle post-procedure documentation and coordinate patient follow-up
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical workspace

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; MA certification required
  • Minimum 1+ year of MA experience in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and providers
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule
  • Comfortable in a specialty/procedural clinic environment (not a general primary-care pace)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage clinical workflow efficiently
  • Phlebotomy experience required for Osteoarthritis / regenerative medicine — candidates must be confident and proficient in blood draws
  • Experience with injections, joint procedures, or regenerative therapies (e.g., PRP) strongly preferred
