Financial investment firm located in Frederick, MD is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. We are seeking an energetic, professional, and highly skilled Administrative Assistant for this exciting opportunity. This position would serve as a right arm support to the Owner in handling general office functions, including: answering/directing calls, updating financial data into Excel, handling client calls, and more! We are seeking candidates who want to learn the financial investment industry from the ground up! We are looking for applicants with a college degree, a minimum of 1-2 years related experience, and interest in the financial services industry. Candidates must also have strong MS office, ability to work well independently and strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
