Interested in Property Management?  Well known firm is seeking an Administrative Accounting Assistant to support their Accounting Department. This position also provides  back up for the Executive Assistant to the CFO and Controller as well as backup the mail clerk for mail/pickup/delivery duties.

Job functions:

  • Responsible for distribution of various accounting reports/financial statements 
    Produce letters/memos/reports as requested
  • Process employment ad requests/manage INDEED account
  • Process and update auto mileage log/reports
  • Process and reconcile bank statements
  • Prepare and send Docusign envelopes for A/P and other departments
  • Process and file Residential Legal Suits for Sr. Counsel

Job Requirements



  • High school diploma
  • 2 – 3 years of administrative assistant experience for an accounting department
  • Yardi software exposure a plus
  • Full-time on-site
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities necessary to perform essential functions:
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, organization and planning skills
  • Experience in an accounting work environment helpful
