The company’s Finance Department is approximately 65 employees strong and is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Accounts Payable team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable transactions in a fast-paced environment
Work within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system
Send daily AP-related emails to vendors
Provide monthly Excel backup and reporting support as needed
Prepare and post journal entries and receipts
Process in-house expense reports, including mileage reimbursements
Process back charges as required
Assist the Accounts Payable team as needed
Handle sales and use tax processing
Prepare quarterly reconciliations for A/P and A/R exchanges
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of accounts payable experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
College degree preferred but not required
