The ideal candidate for this position will provide junior financial analytical support, performing duties such as auditing employee travel vouchers and monitoring tracking of travel voucher submission and payment; monitoring required training of travel card holders; monitoring training of travel authorizing officials; performing simple/routine review and analysis of outstanding obligations; and performing filing and scanning of travel vouchers/invoices. From time to time the accountant clerk may possibly be seated at their front desk.

This is very much an administrative/clerical position. So, an AA who has handled invoices and/or travel expenses is a plus
