Our surgeons specialize in all aspects of cosmetic surgery and are known for combining non-invasive and surgical procedures to achieve the most natural looking results. They are committed to upholding the highest standards of plastic surgery techniques, practice, and safety. Our patients are treated with the utmost privacy and respect.

We are in search of a Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Some key responsibilities are as follows: Promote practice, doctors and care provided to increase closure rate with prospective patients with particular focus on cosmetic services; Acts as liaison between the practice and the referring doctor, hospital or surgery center; Conduct treatment consultations as scheduled; Motivate patients so they are excited about our services; Schedule and confirm appointments (initial consultations and surgeries); During pre-operative appointment go over pre and post instructions, collect money for procedure and confirm all information regarding surgery (time, where, when); Keep a list/report on all cosmetic patients in the practice and their status; Attend weekly meeting on cosmetic tracking information; Possible travel between all locations.

Experience: Background in sales, experience working in medical office setting, Outstanding communication skills, Excellent organizational skills.
