FEMA PROJECT!

We are in search of Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Reps!

This is a long term FEMA project. The ideal individual will be bilingual Spanish and have a strong customer service background in a call center setting. This is a team environment. Calls are coming from people/families who are experiencing a natural disaster. We are seeking individuals who have the passion to assist others. People who have strong listening skills and are able to provide direction to available services.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish, a MUST!
  • 3 - 5 years of call center experience
  • Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Type 45wpm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Professional demeanor and attitude
