Local DC law firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator to join their vibrant team.
- Coordinate Talent Acquisition initiatives and activities such as campus, targeted, diversity, and summer associate recruiting programs
-Schedule interviews, follow-up initiatives, hiring committee preparation, prospect outreach, coordination of work assignments, etc.
-Coordinate on-boarding of all new hires including orientation, communication and integration
-Work closely with Talent Development Global team members to implement firm-wide directives and programs
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in human resources and attorney recruiting/development
- 3+ years in legal environment
- Advanced proficiency with coordinating training programs and events
