IT Support Specialist
District of Columbia, DC | User Support
Thriving DC law firm seeks an IT Specialist to join their Information Technology Department.
-Provide end-user support services troubleshooting assistance, and problem resolution via telephone, remote desktop connection, and/or visits to user locations
-Timely resolution of all incident tickets and change orders
-Work with other IT groups to determine the proper remediation for an issue
-Set-up and quality assurance testing of new hardware and software
-4+ years of experience in end-user support
-4 year degree required
-Experience implementing, maintaining and supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
-Technical experience configuring and supporting workstations, laptops, printers, and related equipment
Hours of work: Monday- Friday, 3:00 PM- 11:30 PM
