Established law firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to two partners in the Entertainment and Trademark Practice Group. This position will primarily focus on strengthening client relationships by delivering exemplary client service in a fast paced, collaborative, and changing environment.

Communicate directly and on behalf of the Partner other executives and Board members,

Research, prioritize, and follow-up incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Partner

Manage and maintain Partner’s calendar, including planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, video conferences, etc.

Coordinate all domestic and international travel logistics (airline, hotel reservations, itinerary and agenda) and process expense reports

Prepare event and meeting materials including creating presentations, handouts and other related materials as well as printing, binding and collating of materials

Read, research and route correspondence and draft letters and documents

Attend team meetings and capture all action items with follow-up to completion

Act as a back-up to IP Legal Assistants during absences and during busy periods

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years of administrative experience supporting a managing partner, practice group leader, and/member of congress, or executive.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and respond to tight deadlines

Must be able to exercise excellent judgment

Proactive with ability to anticipate and execute business needs

Able to prioritize work with strong attention to details

Demonstrated professionalism and discretion working with highly confidential information

Possess outstanding software skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
